The hotel had excellent rooms with comfy beds, but the check-in was delayed until 3 pm, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel like being among old friends. I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, with a big bed, TV, and a rainforest shower with good pressure. However, my room wasn't ready until 4:15, which wasn't ideal. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I enjoyed the balcony with a nice view.
