The hotel is like an earthquake in your room with air conditioning and a balcony offering a nice view, though check-in timing could be improved. The service, especially on the rooftop, is exceptional with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The location is amazing for relaxation and offers everything one could need nearby. The dining experience, while lacking flavor, provides a good variety. The facilities are well laid out and spotless.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, with a big bed, TV, and a rainforest shower with good pressure. However, my room wasn't ready until 4:15, which wasn't ideal. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I enjoyed the balcony with a nice view.
